The answer to "what does this car really go for these days?" isn't written on the dealer's website list price. So we asked this question on your behalf: using current figures compiled from user feedback and conversations with dealers, we've put together a segment-by-segment table below showing how much negotiating room exists on each model in July 2026. What the Table Tells Us
The average difference is around 12%, but the distribution is far from uniform. For imported, exchange-rate-sensitive models like the Volvo EX30 and Nissan X-Trail, the gap exceeds 30%; while for models where demand is outstripping supply, like the Skoda Fabia, Kia Xceed, and the entry-trim Kia Sportage, dealers barely budge from the list price at all. For some models, like the Honda HR-V Elegance and MINI Countryman EV, sales are handled via waiting list, so the negotiating room is practically zero.
For rows without a list price (VW T-Cross/Taigo Life, Chery models, Hyundai Tucson Prime, Honda HR-V Elegance, MINI Countryman EV), only the negotiated dealer price is shown; we couldn't find reliable list-price information for these models.
How Should You Use These Numbers?
The dealer prices here aren't from an official source — they're estimated figures compiled from user feedback and dealer conversations. They can vary by city, dealer, stock levels, and campaign period; you'll need to talk to the relevant dealer for an exact price. Still, knowing roughly what range the market is negotiating in before you walk into a dealership strengthens your hand at the table.
Three things that work in negotiation:
- Get quotes from more than one dealer. Even within the same city, the difference between dealers for the same model can reach a hundred thousand TRY.
- Start with a number. Opening the negotiation with "we're seeing this much of a discount on this model in the market" gives you a stronger position than starting from scratch.
- Watch for month-end. Dealers tend to be more flexible toward the end of the month to hit their sales targets.
